How to obtain the application form (there is no application form limit):

Come to the School to obtain

Period for distribution and submission of application forms:

Monday to Friday (10am to 12pm and 3pm to 5pm)

Saturday (10 am to 12 noon)

*Please return the application form before October 13, 2023

Submit application form (no quota for admission application form):

Eligibility: Children must be at least 12 months old

*(Children enrolled in Class N must be born before August 31, 2022 to be interviewed)

How to submit: Submit the application form and required documents in person

**This kindergarten does not accept postal applications**

Registration fee $40 (cash only, no renewals at the time of registration)

Submit documents:

One copy of the child’s birth certificate
Two photos (1½ inches x 2 inches)
One copy of the immunisation record
2 return envelopes with a $2.2 stamp, 1 return envelope with a $4 stamp

(Write the child’s name and address on the long white envelope)

* Failure to provide the required documents, the application will not be accepted

Admission Criteria：

Face to face interview
Siblings of applicants who are currently studying in the kindergarten will be given priority
If applying for a full-time degree, priority will be given to applicants with family needs

(Please note that due to degree limitations, not all applicants who meet priority consideration will be admitted.)

Meeting Arrangement:

The kindergarten will arrange interviews with all the children who apply for the initiation (N) and kindergarten (K1) classes
The interview will be held on November 4, 2023 (Saturday). Parents will be notified in a separate letter.
Meet in small groups and/or individually
Parents must accompany their children to the interview

Arrangements for admission applications for non-Chinese speaking children:

When interviewing NCS children, interpretation and/or translation service for applicants will be provided where necessary, or parents and children are allowed to be accompanied by a Chinese speaking relative/friend to facilitate communication.

Admission result announcement:

The kindergarten will notify parents of the admission results by post before November 30, 2023.

Registration Arrangements：

Selected students: Parents must go through the registration procedures at the designated time within the “uniform registration date” from January 4 to 5, 2024, and must submit the original “2024/25 Registration Certificate” and pay the registration fee.
Standby students: The kindergarten will issue a notice by post asking parents to register at the kindergarten on the designated date, and must submit the original “2024/25 Registration Certificate” and pay the registration fee.
Parents, please note that if the valid registration documents are not submitted within the specified registration date, the kindergarten may not be able to complete the registration procedures for the child’s admission. Therefore, parents must apply for the relevant registration certificate to the Education Bureau within the specified date.
Registration fee for the 2024/25 academic year: $1500 for full-time classes. If the child is enrolled in our school, the school will refund the registration fee in October, but if the parent decides to transfer the child after registration, please notify the kindergarten in writing, and the kindergarten will return the relevant registration certificate, but the registration fee will not be refunded. After the registration card is retrieved, the kindergarten will no longer reserve a place for the child.
